Britain Encyclopedia will be available only on its website paying $70 for an annual subscription.
It's the end of the paper version of this famous Encyclopedia which was founded 244 years ago, in the 1768, in Edimburgh. The first edition conteined 3 volumes.
Its volumes increased over time until 2010 when it was made up of 32 volumes which were produced with the collaboration of 4000 scholars. The complete encyclopedia weighted about 60 kg.
